What is the real essence of learning and the profound role of teaching?
Well, when we plan to raise a fruitful debate about teaching , we must,hence, mention semi-guidance and flexibility. However, when we mention learning , we ought to,then speak about "doing". In other terms, the new teaching trend that is CBA rejects teacher-centered classes and rienforces' in return ,learner-centredness. Hence , we, as teachers, should diagnose our students' perceptual styles and learning strategies to design them a variety of tasks that increase their comfort and creativity zone. Our students should be treated as active agents constructing their own knowledge . They are no longer those passive recipients who are beholding us as their only source of knowlege . Effective teachers are those who plan wisely their teaching cards taking into accout their students ' needs ,interests and pace of learning . They are in a terrible need to be put into real problem -solving situations to challenge themselves , give away their anxiety , and innovate endlessly. If we really want our offsprings to prove effective learners, it is our duty to pull the gate of creativity , involvement ,and reinvestment wide open for them without missing the task of keeping an eagle eye on their progress to be able at the end to remedy any sort of weakness.
